Product Engineering
The surface people actually touch — React, Next.js, Angular and React Native. Design systems, responsive layouts, accessibility work, and the state management that stops a large front end collapsing under its own weight.

I build the product surface, the APIs behind it, and the integrations that keep enterprise data moving — 20+ applications shipped for overseas clients, and the teams that shipped them.

Each of these solved a problem someone had already tried to solve. The interesting part is usually why the earlier attempt failed.

02/About
I have spent six years at Cloud Analogy going from writing features to running the teams that write them, without ever fully putting the keyboard down. That has meant twenty-plus applications for overseas clients — ERP mobile apps, insurance CRMs, expense platforms, energy dashboards, browser extensions — and the unglamorous integration work underneath most of them.
The thread through all of it is systems that already exist. A legacy C# reporting tool embedded in an iframe. An AngularJS codebase five major versions behind. An HRMS on Salesforce nobody wanted to touch. Modernising those is less celebrated than a greenfield build and considerably harder, because you inherit every decision someone else made under deadline.
Currently Assistant Lead at Cloud Analogy, where I direct a full-stack team, sit in front of clients on-site, and still own architecture on the projects I care most about. I have mentored 20+ engineers through JavaScript and TypeScript, and led delivery teams of up to twelve.
How I work
Most of my work has been systems someone else shipped under pressure. You do not get to start clean, so the skill is landing improvements without breaking what already pays the bills.
Users never see a sync job until it drops a record, and then it is the only thing they see. Idempotent, logged and re-runnable beats clever every time.
Twelve engineers moving is worth more than one senior engineer being brilliant. Most of leading is removing the thing in someone's way before they have to ask.

APIs and the seams between systems. Salesforce Sales Cloud via JSforce and the Mobile SDK, NestJS and Express services, Hasura and GraphQL, tRPC, and the sync jobs that keep two databases telling the same story.
Getting it shipped and keeping it running. AWS, Docker, CI/CD through Vercel and GitHub Actions — and leading the people doing it, from a pair of engineers up to a team of twelve.

Tools are means, not identity — but range across these three columns is what lets one person carry a feature from interface to infrastructure.

04/Experience
A short history, and what actually changed because of it.
Jan 2024 — Present
CurrentLeading full-stack delivery for overseas clients while staying hands-on: custom ERP mobile work, browser accessibility extensions, and legacy modernisation — plus client-facing work identifying new opportunities for the business.
Jan 2022 — Jan 2024
Ran front-end and full-stack teams across concurrent client projects while mentoring the wider engineering group through JavaScript and TypeScript.
Jan 2020 — Dec 2021
Built and shipped full-stack applications for overseas clients, with a recurring focus on the Salesforce integration layer — data migration, syncing, and the REST surface the front ends consumed.
